Throw that shit into the Sun

I’m a hermit crab in the oceans of the world

My clothing and skin is plastic

The world, I see it moving

towards an age we do not know of

or think to comprehend.

Coastal species on an island of plastic

Things do look interesting.

Why don’t we just throw that shit into the

Sun?

At worst, it causes an immediate explosion

and the solar system dies

bloop

Literally what we are in this universe

Inconsequential but holding on tightly to

our insignificance.

So throw it into the Sun, what’s the worst

that can happen?

Before that, halt all plastic production

and repurpose

factories to recycle old and incoming.

What happens when your body is like, nah, it’s too much energy to get rid of this poison. I’ll take care of it tomorrow.

Answer?

You die.

That’s pretty much humanity's approach to plastics and crude oil and unsustainable mining.

Adaptability?

god forbid the world’s production and economy is.

Aggressive recycling of clean and new

and re-purpose

can only toss half and the garbage patch

is on-ward declared a Sacred Ground

and should be represented in metaverse.

Why? Should we interrupt with nature as

that patch may be the cure to diseases

coming caused by plastic contamination.

They have faster life cycles and can

overcome challenges in population faster

than us.
